VIDEO: Justin Herbert Throwing 62 Yards Flat-Footed Will Have NFL Scouts Drooling

The NFL is a passing league, and if scouts are looking for a good arm, Justin Herbert just raised his draft stock with a single throw. The Oregon Ducks quarterback absolutely bombed a football 62 yards standing flat-footed, which should put to rest any questions about his arm strength.

My goodness, who thought Herbert was capable of this?!

This year's draft class is sneakily deep at the quarterback position. While it lacks the hype that the 2018 draft had with Baker Mayfield, Lamar Jackson, Josh Rosen, Josh Allen and Sam Darnold, Herbert is in great company at the top of the heap.

It's almost a foregone conclusion that Joe Burrow will be the top pick, but aside from Herbert, Tua Tagovailoa, Jordan Love and Jake Fromm are all promising young players. By displaying an absolute cannon on his pro day, Herbert might just make it a tougher call for NFL teams to select him or Tagovailoa.
