Jordan Love can make a major statement for the Packers on Thursday
The Packers quarterback will have countless eyes on him vs. the Lions
For this first time this season, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love will have the world watching him in primetime. The young signal-caller is in his first season running the offense in place of Aaron Rodgers.
So far, the former first-round pick has been pretty solid, leading Green Bay to a 2-1 record. On Thursday night, there's a major test on the way for No. 12, as the Packers will be hosting the Lions in what should be a thrilling NFC North battle.
The Lions started off the NFL campaign by stunning the Chiefs in Kansas City, which people are still talking about. Now, though, Love has the chance to show people exactly what he's made of, as he's hoping to put up some huge numbers vs. Detroit.
In Week 3, the Packers were down big in the second half to the Saints, but Love powered them to an 18-17 win. We'll see what he has in store for us against the Lions.
