First-Team All-American JK Dobbins is garnering some significant interest ahead of next week's NFL Draft, having already met with Super Bowl contenders in the Kansas City Chiefs, New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers.

Many draft scouts have the former Ohio State Buckeye slated as a late first- or early second-round pick, which is right in the wheelhouse for these three teams. Dobbins is heralded for his vision, explosion, blocking, and ability to receive out of the backfield. Many experts peg him as a prospect with a "high floor," suggesting he can be a Day 1 starter out of the gate.

Do we foresee some chaos at the end of the first round? The Saints hold pick No. 24, the Packers have No. 30 and the Chiefs have No. 32. It's safe to say none of these teams will be able to take him with their next selection considering how far away they are, so this could very well come down to a battle at the end of the first round.

And guess what? All of these teams have starting running backs who are entering contract years. Alvin Kamara, Aaron Jones and Damien Williams could all be gone after 2020, so each of these teams could be planning to invest big in a reliable, versatile running back.

The good news for these teams is that guys like Travis Etienne, Chuba Hubbard, Zack Moss and Clyde Edwards-Helaire will probably be available once Dobbins is off the board, so there will be options. Then again, Dobbins has proven to be in a league of his own when it comes to all-around running backs in this class (alongside D'Andre Swift and Jonathan Taylor), so don't be surprised if one of the Saints, Packers or Chiefs takes him earlier than expected.
