As Jadakiss would say, "this ain't nothin new." The New England Patriots have come under fire for the umpteenth time for violating NFL league rules -- most recently because of their filming of the Bengals sideline during Cincinnati's game against Cleveland, which was ironically the game prior to New England's own matchup with CIncy. A recent video uncovered from the vault, though, shows that opposing teams have long been concerned with the Patriots...habits.

Then-Dolphins head coach Jimmy Johnson accused his opponent of stealing hand signals and audibles from the team in the week leading up to their AFC Wild Card clash in 1997.

The Patriots would end up winning the matchup 17-3, but Johnson didn't make any excuses. The Pats wouldn't make it out of the next round, much to Johnson's delight, but seasoned NFL fans know what they would go on to accomplish in the decades to come.
