Jets Insider Teases Fans by Hinting at Potential Draft Day Trade Involving Eagles OL Andre Dillard

How badly do the Eagles want to secure their future No. 1 wideout?

Howie Roseman and Co. are reportedly enamored with former Oklahoma receiver CeeDee Lamb, but he's unlikely to fall to their current draft slot at No. 21. The Eagles are more than willing to trade up, but doing so will cost them.

The New York Jets, who own the No. 11 pick, could be a trade partner. Jets insider Manish Mehta hinted at a deal this afternoon.

Mehta is insinuating that in order to move up 10 spots, the Eagles would have to part ways with their first-round pick and left tackle of the future Andre Dillard. It's a steep price to pay, but Philadelphia must feel confident enough in their offensive line to part ways with the 24-year-old in hopes of filling a position of need.

From the Jets' perspective, this is a home run. New York is lacking up front and needs to add to their front-seven in hopes of protecting Sam Darnold. Plus, with the 21st pick, they can still grab a solid wideout like LSU's Justin Jefferson, or someone of a similar caliber.

The Eagles, meanwhile, can finally provide Carson Wentz with a weapon he deserves in Lamb or Jerry Jeudy. Keep an eye on this one, folks.
