The buzz has not stopped growing in Dallas following Thursday night's monster victory in the first round of the NFL Draft. That's right, Oklahoma standout CeeDee Lamb will rock a Cowboys jersey starting next season, and he's simply elated to call the Big D his new home.

If you thought Lamb couldn't get more fired up, wait till you see what Jerry Jones has in store for the 6-2, 192-pounder.

Talk about quite the honor. At the same time, Jones is lofting up some hefty expectations for the 21-year-old wideout. Dez Bryant, Michael Irvin and Drew Pearson will go down in history as Cowboys legends, but ol' Jerry has all the confidence in the world that Lamb will live up to the hype wearing the famous No. 88 jersey.

Who knows -- maybe 30 or 40 years from now, Lamb take center stage and help announce a future Dallas draft pick himself. The pressure will be on him to match Pearson's incredible trolling of Philly fans, though.

Last season for the Sooners, Lamb caught 62 balls for a mind-blowing 1,327 yards and 14 touchdowns. Another weapon is coming to town to boost up Dak Prescott and the Cowboys offense. Get ready, fans. There's a new No. 88, and he's ready to put on a show.
