Jeff Passan Goes Full Adrian Wojnarowski While Announcing Picks During MLB Draft
By Brendan Azoff

Jeff Passan, an MLB writer for ESPN, has tried to channel his inner Adrian Wojnarowski, with his own "Passan Bombs" during the MLB Draft.
However, despite his phenomenal insight and sources that have enabled him to announce numerous picks ahead of schedule, Passan roasted himself for his lack of Woj-like skills.
Woj had better verbs

Woj does have an incredible vocabulary when releasing his information, and Passan has not reached the same mastery of the English language.
Passan promised that once the picks get into the 20's his real articulation will occur and the supreme verbs will be utilized.
The 20s is where the verbs get lit.

As promised, Passan delivered with a beautiful execution of a verb when announcing the Braves 21st pick.
The Atlanta Braves are tantalized by Texas A&M second baseman Braden Shewmake with the No. 21 pick in the MLB Draft, sources tell ESPN.

Tantalized does just roll off the tongue, doesn't it?
The Tampa Bay Rays will be suffering from a serious case of FOMO if they don't take UNC-Wilmington shortstop Greg Jones with the No. 22 pick in the MLB Draft, sources tell ESPN.

Oh wait, there's more.
The Colorado Rockies think UCLA first baseman Michael Toglia would be the stickiest of the icky with the No. 23 pick in the MLB Draft, sources tell ESPN.

What does that even mean?
OK, I'm done trying to out-Woj Woj. Can't do it.

Passan and Woj both are specialists at breaking news, and although he may not receive the same recognition as Woj does, Passan still does his job extremely well.
