Since the moment the Cleveland Browns made all those huge roster additions this summer, they've been plenty willing to talk, but haven't shown quite enough ammunition on the field.

You would think that with a 2-4 record, the Browns would be a bit quieter these days and just worry about getting better so they can win football games.

However, they love soaking up headlines, and they did it again on Thursday, as wide receiver Jarvis Landry has guaranteed a win against the undefeated New England Patriots on Sunday in their toughest matchup of the year.

I'm all for players being confident, and obviously, you need to have belief in yourself and your teammates that you're going to win every single week. But that doesn't mean you need to tell the media.

New England is clearly the best team in football. They don't need a lot of motivation in that locker room, but Landry just provided plenty of bulletin board material for a team that continues to thrive on it.

No need to poke the bear, Jarvis.
