Janoris Jenkins Suddenly Realized How Wrong He is After Being Wrong for a Really Long Time

It's funny how apologetic someone can be once they realize that they're out of a job.

After being released for comments made in an insensitive tweet last Wednesday, former New York Giants cornerback Janoris Jenkins realized that he needed to sing a different tune if he wanted to find his way back on a roster. Looks like he's doing just that.

Jenkins came out and said he made a mistake, but few have forgotten about the offensive insult he directed towards a fan on social media. For the 'Jackrabbit', he had the chance to make things better at his locker with the press, but we all know how that went.

Jenkins surely regrets sending out that tweet right about now, but then again getting off of a 2-11 tream would be a blessing for just about anyone who wishes to be elsewhere.

We'll have to wait and see if a GM out there decides to give Jenkins a second chance. If they do, he'd be wise to stay off Twitter the rest of the way.
