Jameis Winston's Latest Donation Proves His Love for Tampa Even After Signing With Saints
By Andrew Gullotta

Even though Jameis Winston is on his way out of Tampa and looking for a new start with the Saints, it looks like he will always remember the place where his NFL career started.
The former first-overall pick showed some love for the Tampa Bay community by helping out in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. He will be offering $30,000 to local restaurants that have been gravely effected by the quarantine, as well as giving meals to 1,000 families in need for a month.
Jameis Winston is donating $30,000 to help eight struggling small restaurants in the Tampa community that have been negatively impacted by COVID-19, and will provide meals for over 1,000 families in need each week for four weeks.

Winston will also partner with WWE superstar Titus O'Neil to give $50,000 to provide food and supplies to families and Hillsborough County schools.
These generous donations show that Winston was, and still is, a community leader in Tampa Bay. The Florida State product is conveying his true colors as a leader in this situation.
These traits should shift over well to the Saints and the New Orleans' community with Winston looking to become acclimated with his new team. Even though he won't start right away, New Orleans will be a good place for Winston to learn under Drew Brees and Sean Payton to resurrect his career.

Hopefully, Winston's growth as a leader and a passer shows on the field as well as in the locker room, as he tries to help the Saints continue their success in 2020.
