Although his Alabama career didn't end the way Crimson Tide fans were hoping it would, Jalen Hurts remains a beloved player in Tuscaloosa. Nick Saban continues to speaking glowingly about his former signal caller, especially after the Eagles took him in the 2020 NFL Draft. On Wednesday night, the rookie QB revealed his new number for Philly, with the youngster going back to his old SEC roots.

Yep, it's back to No. 2 for Hurts, the same number he infamously wore for Saban at Alabama. That hype clip above will surely bring back incredible memories for Hurts. Who could forget when he stepped in for the injured Tua Tagovailoa and powered Alabama over Georgia in the SEC Championship Game in 2018? Simply unforgettable.
