The Jaguars signed Nick Foles to bring stability and competency to the quarterback position. In typical Jaguar fashion, Foles was placed on IR this week after breaking his collar bone against the Chiefs on Sunday. Gardner Minshew filled in nicely, but can the rookie lead the team to a playoff run or is 2019 already a wasted season in Jacksonville?

With Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins, Houston has one of the best quarterback-receiver combos in the entire league. After dominant showings on Monday Night Football, there is no excusable reason for the Texans to be mediocre in the regular or postseason in 2019. Head coach Bill O'Brien's job may be on the line this year if he can't win big games with his stars.
