It only took the first couple of months of 2020 for Bill O'Brien to solidify himself as the NFL's newest punching bag. From blowing a 24-0 lead against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Divisional Round to stupidly trading star receiver DeAndre Hopkins for a declining David Johnson and two Day 2 draft picks, that's all you need to know.

So, as you can imagine, football fans on social media were absolutely thrilled to see O'Brien freaking out on his computer during the third round of the NFL Draft. No, he wasn't having trouble operating his Zoom account. As it turns out, the Texans had a trade agreement in place with the Lions before Detroit reneged on the deal at the very last second.

For once, we can't blame O'Brien.

Imagine having a virtual handshake agreement to move down in the draft to accumulate more selections, only for the team to back out at the very last minute. You'd be angry too. Let's face it, the Texans needed to trade down as much as possible to make up for their lack of a first-round pick this year. They tried, and it blew up in their faces

Despite this, Houston selected Florida linebacker in Jonathan Greenard, who's an athletic pass rusher and run defender. Not too bad.

At least O'Brien was able to keep his cool and make a solid draft pick.
