While Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is still one of the best in the league, he has to shoulder a lot of the load in terms of making plays for the offense. For such a talented QB, it's been a long time since he's had a capable all-around skill position group to assist him.

A lot has been made about the fact that the organization has only ever drafted one skill position player in the first round since the Rodgers era started. While No. 12 has made the most of what he has, he should definitely be enjoying a lot more success. And based on this stat, it explains everything you need to know about why Green Bay’s offense is not as explosive as it should be.

Green Bay has the slowest skill position players on average in the league. Rodgers’ arm talent and accuracy are great, but the lack of speed really hinders the team's ability to make big plays.

Just imagine if this element was present on the team's offense this past season? They were within one game of the Super Bowl and were lacking significantly in a paramount department.

This proves there's so much more potential for the offense to unlock. If the Packers ever go out and get guys on the outside that can run, Rodgers can create more fireworks and get this team back to the Super Bowl.
