Guess Who? That's Right, the Lakers.

No, the NBA off-season did not go the way we all thought it would. Need proof. Just ask any Knicks fan. But especially this one. But while the Knicks continue their run of mediocrity, the league and the rest of us move along as always. Now that the Zion Williamson sweepstakes have a winner, and we all know that Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are headed to Brooklyn (poor Knicks fans), we're all starting to ask the most important question of them all: who takes it all?

Since KD and Kyrie are still at least a year away from taking flight, and we're still not sure what exactly to make of Kawhi Leonard and his Clippers, thoughts obviously turn to the Golden State Warriors. Three championships in the last four years is enough to still make them favorites but with both Klay Thompson and Seth Curry looking hobbled, we're not sure that's the right bet.

But who does everyone keep forgetting about? The Lakers. Have we forgotten already who Lebron James is? Or perhaps we still think that Anthony Davis is still stuck in New Orleans? Even with DeMarcus Cousin's ACL tear, the Lakers are primed for not just a championship run, but they're hungry and ready to win the entire thing. They've managed get two superstars and build some depth with Danny Green and Avery Bradley. And that's not counting Kyle Kuzma and a potential Dwight Howard signing. And let's not forget how motivated Lebron can be when angry.
