New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley is one guy who has never once skipped leg day. His insane quads give him otherworldly power on the field and it's clear he works on his leg strength quite often. Anyone trying to replicate his quads may think twice after a video showed Barkley squatting what looks like a world record in weight.

Just to be clear, there are six plates on each side of the bar. Six! Barkley is also going into a full sitting position before popping back up with all that weight on his shoulders. This continues the legend of the young man's quads that have been a story in the past.

One can only imagine the pain from a collision with Barkley lowering his shoulder with all that force. If you go high, he will stiff-arm you into oblivion. If you go low, his quads may crush you. He's only getting stronger this offseason and that's bad news for each and every NFL defender.
