What's going to end up happening with quarterback Daniel Jones? That's the question New York Giants fans have on their mind, as the young QB is out of contract. The G-Men will either place the franchise tag on him, or give him a new deal - but time is ticking for a decision to be made.
At the NFL Combine, Jeremy Fowler is reporting that a lot of people can't believe the Giants are getting ready to potentially give him $40 million a year. Has Danny Dimes earned this kind of a payday?
Here's an interesting quote from @JFowlerESPN:

"When I ask people in Indy what has surprised them the most this week, the main answer is that the #Giants appear comfortable giving Jones a huge deal."
Sounds like everyone is looking at the Giants like they're crazy right now.
Jones took a step forward in 2022, but at the end of the day, he finished with 15 passing touchdowns. A lot of fans don't want him to receive his mega-deal, but that could end up happening.
