After getting hacked on Twitter, NBA and Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo posted a long message talking about what had happened. He also issued an apology to all that were mentioned in tweets by the hacker.

Apparently he had his bank accounts, phone and email were hacked too. What a terrible turn of events.

The NSFW tweets on his account took shots at Steph Curry, LeBron James, the late Kobe Bryant, and others, so it was surely important for Giannis to address what had happened given how much attention this ordeal got.

Antetokounmpo said all the right things in his long post and he'll be happy to see that it was met with positivity in the replies. Nice job, Twitter!

Here's to hoping the investigation unearths the culprit and justice is served. It's difficult enough for athletes to always be in the spotlight, but when it turns into something like this it's simply despicable in so many ways.
