Georgia Radio Network Re-Airing Classic Larry Munson Calls is Ambrosia for Dawgs Fans
By Jerry Trotta

Outside of the occasional commitment from a 2021 recruit, Georgia fans haven't had much to be excited about of late as the coronavirus crisis has halted what would be a captivating preseason. In fact, there's growing speculation as to whether the upcoming season will start on time.
That's why Bulldogs fans are going to love what the program's official Radio Network has in the works. Throughout the month of May, the channel will air games that feature some of the late Larry Munson's greatest calls.

The montage will get underway on Saturday with the rebroadcast of Georgia's famous upset victory over Clemson back in 1991. All games can be heard on 95.5 WSB or the WSB radio app. In fact, the network is going as far as to make the broadcasts available online at Georgiadogs.com
Talk about going that extra step to provide fans with content during an otherwise desolate news cycle. There really is no greater way to pay tribute to Munson, who sadly passed away in 2011. The broadcasting legend was the Dawgs' radio play-by-play savant from 1966 to 2008. That's a 42-year run behind the mic, but who's counting?
Here's a glimpse of what Georgia aficionados will be in for over the next several weeks.

It doesn't get much better than that. May is going to be one to remember for Bulldogs fans.
