The No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs are set to square off against the No. 7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish in one of the most highly-anticipated regular season college football games of the year. It's sure to test the mettle of the Bulldogs as they try to make their way back to the College Football Playoff.

But they'll be playing for even more than that on Saturday. A win over their highly-ranked opponents could make a fantastic impression on 5-star quarterback recruit Caleb Williams, who will be in attendance in Athens.

Williams, who already seems to favor Georgia heavily, is ranked not only as the top dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2021, but also as one of the best overall players, coming in at 16th overall.

There's nothing not to like about Williams. According to 247Sports, he has all the makings of a fantastic quarterback. He's shown that he can get the job done with his arm, and his 4.57 second 40-yard dash time proves that he can absolutely fly.

The rising star has already received comparisons to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. Not too shabby for a guy who hasn't even played a snap at the NCAA level yet.

Sure, pride is on the line for the Bulldogs on Saturday night, but their future is potentially at stake, too. If Georgia can grab a win against Notre Dame, it would greatly help their chances of landing Williams and ensuring that they have talent at the quarterback position moving forward.
