Georgia is facing what should be a tough test against Baylor in the Allstate Sugar Bowl.

Well, due to a myriad of injuries, George Pickens -- who is only a freshman -- is the only experienced receiver healthy enough to lineup for the Dawgs. That hasn't slowed down the team's aerial attack, however, as Pickens has torched the Baylor secondary en route to a record-setting first half performance.

Pickens finished the first half with 10 receptions for 163 yards and a touchdown. In one half! He became the first Georgia wideout to record 150 yards in a game since 2012, and he did it in just 30 minutes of game time. He's also the first Georgia WR with 100 yards in a Sugar Bowl outing.

He had not gone over 100 yards in an entire game all season with his best game coming in the loss to South Carolina when he had seven receptions for 98 yards.

The 6-3 Pickens looks like a seasoned veteran and could set some more records in the second half if Baylor can't find a way to stop him. Halftime adjustments may not be enough to stop a player who could be the next great receiver in college football in 2020.
