New Orleans Saints Pro Bowl wide receiver and former Ohio State star Michael Thomas isn't opposed to complaining about officiating, assuming it won't cost him a fine. Thankfully, he's in the clear in this case.

While watching his alma mater play in the Fiesta Bowl, Thomas took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the officiating of the Ohio State vs Clemson College Football Playoff game.

That is a pretty bold statement to levy on the Fiesta Bowl referees. Yet, this isn't the first time that Thomas has called out referees in an important game like this.

After a missed call in the NFC Championship this past year, the refs admitted that they missed pass interference by Nickell Roby-Coleman, which ultimately cost the Saints a trip to the Super Bowl. Thomas was sure to let them know how he felt.

Thomas ought to wait until the game is actually final to levy these sorts of complaints, but considering his Tweetdeck is likely made up of mostly Ohio State fans, we can't necessarily blame him for giving in to the noise.
