Former Buckeye and Golf Legend Jack Nicklaus Takes Funny Shot at Michigan
By Adam Godfrey

The rivalry between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Michigan Wolverines is unlike any other, and extends outside of just athletics.
Students of each school never let the rivalry leave their life, so imagine how much it stays with former athletes from the universities.
One Buckeye alum and former athlete hasn't let go of the rivalry at the ripe old age of 79. Golf legend Jack Nicklaus took a funny shot at the University of Michigan.

Nicklaus took the stand during the Memorial Tournament, and was asked about the new PGA Tour event, the Rocket Mortgage Classic, which will take place in Detroit, Michigan. Anytime a former Buckeye gets a chance to take a shot at Michigan, he'll take it.
"I didn't know anything important went on in Michigan," Nicklaus said when talking about the event. He later went on to add that he hopes Michigan enters 'The Game' undefeated, just so Ohio State can crush their hopes.
Meeting with the media @MemorialGolf today, Jack Nicklaus joked when asked about an upcoming PGA Tour event in Detroit: "I didn't know anything important went on in Michigan."
