Eric Dickerson is arguably the greatest Los Angeles Rams player ever. Although his career has been over for quite a while now, his opinion on anything having to do with the Rams is still highly valued.

Throughout this offeseason, LA has made waves in its branding by introducing a questionable new logo -- and most recently, a new set of jerseys. While they were supposed to be a modern touch on the Dickerson-era Rams, the all-time great running back is not impressed whatsoever by the designs.

The best part about Dickerson’s take on the uniform was about the helmets. Dickerson mentioned had the yellow stripes on the helmets look like “two bananas.” The worst part about the whole thing? Dickerson is not wrong.

In case it was a bit ambiguous as to where he stood on the matter of the new jerseys, Rams Twitter caught on quickly that they were not a hit.

Hopefully, the new look can translate into victories for head coach Sean McVay’s squad. If not, then expect Dickerson to light up his old team again and again not just for their appearance, but for playing mediocre football.
