A pair of Hall of Famers made an appearance on Sunday at the Baltimore Orioles' spring game against the New York Yankees. Former first baseman Eddie Murray and legendary third baseman Brooks Robinson, were greeted by a standing ovation at Ed Smith Stadium down in Sarasota.

Robinson played his entire 23-year MLB career for the Orioles from 1955-1977, winning two World Series titles with the club and earning AL MVP honors in 1964. An 18-time All-Star, Robinson holds the record for longest MLB career spent with a single team.

Murray was teammates with Robinson for just one year in 1977, Murray's first season in the bigs, during which he won AL Rookie of the Year. Murray would carry the torch left by Robinson, helping to lead Baltimore's 1983 World Series championship team. The 64-year-old was hired by the Orioles to be a special advisor in 2018.

Both players are held in extremely high regards by the fan base, and even down in Sarasota O's faithful were showing them love.
