Earl Thomas has moved on from the Seattle Seahawks. After brutally breaking his leg in September, Thomas took his talents to Baltimore this offseason, signing a four-year, $55 million deal with the Ravens in March. Still, he's got some grievances with the Seahawks organization that he hasn't gotten over.

After numerous disputes about a potential long-term contract in Seattle, the two sides were never able to reach an agreement. The talks were a major headline point for the Seahawks in the early part of the season, but neither side would budge. As a result, after suffering the brutal leg injury, Thomas angrily directed a middle finger at head coach Pete Carroll as he was carted off the field –– and he doesn't regret it, he told ESPN's Josina Anderson. .

In a sit-down interview with Anderson, Thomas explained why he feels Carroll deserved to have the bird flipped his way, and why he still doesn't regret doing it. Thomas felt that Carroll had been dishonest with him, prompting his actions.

He did, however, make one important distinction."If my teammates felt like it was toward them, I regret that part," Thomas said.

Assuming Thomas has his health back, he remains one of the best coverage safeties in the NFL. At 30 years old, he should perform at a high level for the majority of his new contract with the Ravens.

And mark your calendars for October 20 –– that's when the Ravens will face off Seahawks in what is sure to be a thrilling spectacle.
