Have you ever trash talked someone so poorly you lost your job? Well, Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Zach Brown is living through that nightmare scenario.

Kirk Cousins threw for four touchdown passes as the Minnesota Vikings defeated Brown's Eagles 38-20 on Sunday, just days after Brown called Cousins "the weakest part of the offense." One day after getting torn apart, Brown has found himself out of work.

Brown was a solid starter for three years with the Tennessee Titans, but announced his arrival as a stud during his Pro Bowl season with the Buffalo Bills in 2016. After two solid seasons in Washington, Brown joined the Eagles to replace the departed Jordan Hicks.

Brown was a solid performer in the first few weeks of the season, playing in two-thirds of the defensive snaps while recording 29 tackles.

Expect backup linebacker Nate Gerry or the recently acquired Duke Riley to earn most of the snaps in Brown's absence.

Unless there's something going on behind the scenes that we don't know about, this move is extremely surprising. While Brown showed everyone the dangers of giving the other team bulletin board material, he'll also likely latch on with another team soon given how productive he is.
