The Philadelphia Eagles are in the market for a wide receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft, with Howie Roseman taking a particular shine to Oklahoma wideout CeeDee Lamb.

Roseman is banking on either trading up for Lamb, one of the top receivers in this class, or trading down from pick No. 21 if he fails to secure a deal that lands him with a top-half pick.

If the Eagles are hell bent on getting Lamb no matter what, they should considering trading up to the No. 12 pick, currently owned by the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Eagles could offer the Raiders the No. 21 selection in addition to a third-round pick and a late-round selection for the No. 12 pick.

If Mike Mayock takes this deal, he would now own six picks in the top 100, including two first-round picks, which could help him fix the team's woes at wide receiver while continuing to bolster their secondary. Conversely, an Eagles team on the brink of competing for a championship would add a receiver in Lamb who loves to make plays with the ball in his hands while also standing out as the best deep threat in this class.

Roseman is a guy who understands the value of being aggressive in the draft, as he loves to trade up and select "his guys." Lamb has the potential to become WR1 in that offense, so Roseman shouldn't hesitate to trade up with Vegas and land him.
