Eagles Injury Report for Week 1
By Jerry Trotta

There's no doubting that the Philadelphia Eagles boast one of the NFL's most talented rosters heading into the 2019 season. But, as always, health (cc: Carson Wentz) will play a pivotal role in determining their level of success in the new campaign.
Let's take a look at the full list of Philly players that are banged up ahead of Sunday's showdown against the NFC East rival Washington Redskins.
Philadelphia Eagles Week 1 Injury Report
Thursday Injury Report
— Philadelphia Eagles (@Eagles) September 5, 2019
DNP - LB Grugier-Hill (knee), T Mailata (back), QB Sudfeld (wrist).
Limited - DE Barnett (shoulder), G Brooks (achilles), WR Alshon Jeffery (biceps).
Full - S Ford (achilles), C Kelce (not injury related).
You really can't help but bite your fingernails when noticing a new addition to the mid-week injury report, and Philly has exactly that with one of their key offensive weapons: Alshon Jeffrey only got in a limited session on Thursday due to a biceps ailment.
Elsewhere, starting guard Brandon Brooks was limited, as he is still working his way back from a torn Achilles he suffered back in January and can officially be listed as questionable for Sunday's contest.
Good news for the #Eagles: DT Fletcher Cox (foot) and LB Nigel Bradham (toe) are not on the injury report and practiced fully. G Brandon Brooks (Achilles) was limited.

Reassuring news for Doug Pederson's squad is the status of stud defensive lineman Fletcher Cox, who practiced fully and looks good to go for Week 1 after working his way back from offseason foot surgery.
