The Eagles' struggles at wide receiver have been well documented over the past few seasons. Time and time again, injuries have plagued the group, and their lack of depth became apparent.

To revamp the position, they added three pass catchers in the draft, including first-round pick Jalen Reagor, and they acquired Marquise Goodwin from the 49ers. However, there was one move Philadelphia wasn't able to pull off: trade Alshon Jeffrey. Even though the team couldn't move him this year, the rumors surrounding the Pro Bowl receiver makes him a prime candidate to be in a new uniform come 2021.

Jeffrey signed a four-year, $52 million deal to join the Eagles back in 2017. Since then, he has had an up and down career in Philadelphia. On the bright side, he caught 12 touchdowns in 2017, including three in the postseason, as he helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl. On the dark side of things, he has been injured each of the past two seasons, and had his worst campaign to date in 2019, failing to eclipse 500 yards receiving.

As the Eagles keep overhauling their receiver group, it is becoming increasingly likely the former No. 1 receiver for Philly may be on his way out of town.
