Dolphins sign Emmanuel Ogbah shortly after Shaq Barrett retired

The Miami Dolphins and Chris Grier were thrown for a loop after Shaquil Barrett shockingly decided to retire. However, the front office has wasted no time in finding a suitable replacement, bringing back a familiar face.
On Tuesday, news broke that the Dolphins signed veteran pass-rusher Emmanuel Ogbah, who posted 5.5 sacks with Miami last season. Per Adam Schefter, it's a one-year deal for Ogbah worth up to $5 million.

Ogbah has plenty of experience and he knows how things work in Miami. While there will be a different system in place with Anthony Weaver taking over as defensive coordinator, Ogbah's familiarity with players in Miami should make a big difference. With the first day of summer practice around the corner, Ogbah will look to make a splash now that he's back in town.
