Dodgers Reportedly Join the Marcus Stroman Sweepstakes
By Michael Luciano

Toronto Blue Jays starter Marcus Stroman is almost a lock to be moved at the deadline to a team in the playoff hunt that could use some starting pitching. That hasn't stopped the Los Angeles Dodgers, a team with arguably the best starting pitching in all of baseball, to throw their hat in the ring.
The Dodgers have interest in trading for Stroman, and would move a starter into the bullpen in order to accommodate his arrival, reports The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal.
#Dodgers, recognizing lack of impact relievers available, also are considering starting pitchers, including #BlueJays’ Stroman, sources tell The Athletic. Such a trade would result in LAD moving current starter to bullpen. @TheAthleticMLB

Stroman, who made his first All-Star team this season, is 6-11 with a 2.96 ERA for the moribund Blue Jays.
The Dodgers could mount as impressive a trade package as anyone if Stro Show is to be moved, as all of their top six prospects are currently with their Triple-A team in Oklahoma City. These include catcher Keibert Ruiz, shortstop Gavin Lux, and pitcher Dustin May.
Fun weekend for Keibert Ruiz:

Rather than focus on their subpar bullpen, Andrew Friedman is going to push all his chips into the center of the table for a starting pitcher that would give them as good a four man playoff rotation as we've seen in some time.
