Demi Lovato Will Sing National Anthem at Super Bowl LIV

With just over two weeks remaining until Super LIV, the NFL has tabbed its vocalist for the pregame national anthem, and it just so happens to feature a comeback story.
Multi-platinum superstar Demi Lovato took to Twitter on Thursday morning to reveal that she will be doing the honors.

This news comes just a few days after Lovato disclosed that she will be performing at the 2020 Grammy Awards on Jan. 26.
That will serve as her tune-up for the primetime stage that is the Super Bowl. After all, it will mark the artist's first live performance since her drug overdose in the summer of 2018.

Lovato hasn't officially announced she has new music is on the way, but performing at the Super Bowl will surely work wonders in restoring her confidence.
She will join fellow pop icons Shakira and Jennifer Lopez, both of whom will be headlining the halftime show.
Super Bowl LIV will kick off at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida on Feb. 2 and Lovato will be getting the festivities started.
