DeAngelo Hall Claims Trent Williams Could Return to Redskins 'Sooner Than Later'
By Parker White

While the NFL world waits on Ezekiel Elliott, Trent Williams, one of the best left tackles in all of football, has yet to report to Redskins camp ahead of their Week 1 matchup against the Eagles on Sunday.
Williams wants a new deal and is willing to sit out to get it, but according to former Redskins corner DeAngelo Hall, who spoke with Williams, he could be returning to the team "sooner than later."

Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reiterated that sentiment, and if Williams returns to the team, the soonest would be in Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys.

He'll be missed in a big way for the first game of the season, but if the Redskins can get something done and have Williams back in the building for Week 2 of the season, they'll take it.
It surely beats trading him or not having him around for the entire season, right?
