Do you think anyone out there might find use for a veteran 3-and-D wing fresh off his second NBA championship?

For all the hype around Kawhi Leonard, far and away the best free agent on the market in the NBA, one of his teammates from the Raptors' 2018-19 title-winning squad stands to improve the fortunes also stands to provide a positive impact next season no matter where he ends up. Sure, Green cannot hold a candle to Kawhi -- who on earth possibly could? -- but he disclosed on his "Inside the Green Room" podcast this week that he wouldn't necessarily be against signing up with one of next season's trendiest contenders.

Danny Green to the Lakers? They surely must be interested-- and perhaps, if they can possibly land Kawhi, the veteran two-guard would be willing to come over for a discount as part of a package deal.

Notably, Green was Leonard's teammate in San Antonio, where the pair won the 2014 NBA title. They moved to Toronto together last year in the deal that saw DeMar DeRozan and Jakob Poeltl head to the Spurs.

Green is just speaking facts when he says he'd be excited about the potential to play with LeBron James, his former teammate in Cleveland, and Anthony Davis. The only question here is weather or not the Finals MVP with the funny laugh might be coming along with him.
