A gentleman named Ernesto Joshua Ramos has filed a lawsuit in district court in Clark County, Nevada, the jurisdiction that includes Las Vegas. The suit happens to name UFC president Dana White, and the details are a veritable Mad Lib of the lewdest kind of tabloid fodder.

Ramos, via attorney Ian Christopherson, is suing White over violating the terms of an alleged agreement by which he'd receive payments in exchange for abiding by a non-disclosure agreement. Among other things, the NDA reportedly covers a supposed recording of White having sex a few years back with Ramos' girlfriend, an exotic dancer at Las Vegas' Spearmint Rhino gentlemen's club.

The lid blew off all this drama thanks to a recent report in the Las Vegas Review-Journal courtesy of Jeff German.

Try to take all that in, huh?

Ramos notably pleaded guilty of attempting to extort White over the recording 2015. The terms of his plea required that the recording be destroyed. Additionally, however, Ramos insists that hush money payments from White were also included in the deal -- and that White has been holding out on him.

Hence this new lawsuit, in which White's name has appeared in publicly available court documents regarding this whole salacioius episode. For his part, the UFC boss is dismssing Ramos' blustering with some trademark bluster of his own.

Sounds like par for the course from the mixed martial arts world's very own half Vince McMahon, half Donald Trump.

"I look forward to the court dismissing this quickly so I can get rid of these scumbags forever." Sound like someone you know?

All told, this is a ridiculous mess, and exactly the last thing UFC fans want to read about given that the long-awaited, repeatedly postponed Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson superfight scheduled for April 18 is now on life support and all but dead.

But, considering Dana White's reputation as a carnival barker who leans into the seediness of Las Vegas instead of away from it, I'm not sure we can be horribly surprised.
