Dan Orlovsky Comparing Jake Fromm to Patrick Mahomes is an Absolute Joke

Losing Saturday's game against unranked USC should embarrass Jake Fromm and the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs.

Speaking of embarrassing, ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky made a curious statement late in the game by comparing Fromm to NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes.

What an awful take.

Fromm struggled to lead the Bulldogs offense all day Saturday, throwing for one touchdown, three picks and 295 yards while completing 28-of-51 attempts.

While Fromm is highly thought of throughout football and is considered a potential first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, his stock has been declining thanks to a down 2019 season.

For Orlovsky to compare Fromm to one of the best quarterbacks in the world is insane and flat out stupid.

Mahomes has the ability to make electric plays look easy and can take control of a game all by himself. Although Fromm has been great in his college career, he is no where near Mahomes in any regard.

It's questionable as to what Orlovsky saw, especially with Fromm not playing his best, during Saturday's game that left him so impressed.

Whatever it was, the "L" Orlovsky is taking on social media may be on par with Georgia's devastating loss on Saturday.
