Zach Eflin takes the hill for Philadelphia with an eye on bouncing back from a five-inning appearance against the Brewers on May 16 in which he surrendered 4 ER. His most recent start may have been somewhat of an anomaly, as his ERA sits at a tidy 2.89 and his WHIP at an excellent 1.09. Two of Eflin's last four starts have even been complete games, with just a single run allowed between them.
Offensively, Bryce Harper will look to bounce back from an 0-4 day on Monday that ended his season-high five-game hit streak. He has struggled early in 2019 after signing his mega-deal with Philadelphia this offseason, hitting just .229.

Chicago will roll out southpaw Jose Quintana for Tuesday's game. The Colombian enters the contest with a 3.68 ERA and 1.27 WHIP, and has been in somewhat of a rough stretch lately with 3 ER allowed in three of his past four starts, with none of those appearances lasting longer than 6.2 innings.
