Cubs vs Phillies MLB Live Stream Reddit for Game 3 of Series

Two teams sitting atop their respective divisions will do battle again on Wednesday night as the Chicago Cubs (28-18) host the Philadelphia Phillies (28-20) in the third game of a four-game set.

First pitch is schedule for 8:05 p.m. ET at Wrigley Field. It can be viewed on NBC Sports Philadelphia, NBC Sports Chicago, and on MLB Network (out-of-market only). The game can also be viewed on the MLB Streams subreddit.

Phillies Lineup

It'll be Andrew McCutchen leading things off on Wednesday night, followed by Jean Segura. The dangerous trio of Bryce Harper, Rhys Hoskins, and J.T. Realmuto will follow them up, rounding out the heart of the order.

Manager Gabe Kapler sends rookie Cole Irvin to the bump, who has posted a 2.77 ERA and boasts a WHIP under 1.00 in 13 innings of work.

Cubs Lineup

The Cubs send the usual nine out to face Irvin, but the most intriguing thing about their lineup is the man on the mound - Cole Hamels, who pitched in Philadelphia for ten years and was the 2008 World Series MVP, goes against his former team.

The Cubs will also welcome star shortstop Javy Báez back to the lineup after he missed time with an ankle injury.

It won't be a friendly homecoming for long, though, as once the game gets underway, it will be business as usual for both Hamels and the Phillies.
