Cowboys Reportedly Expect Sean Lee to Be Week-to-Week With Knee Injury
By Parker White

New year, same story for Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee.
Lee has already been diagnosed with a minor knee sprain early in camp, and instead of being labeled as day-to-day, the Cowboys veteran has been listed as week-to-week.
According to source, the Cowboys are terming LB Sean Lee as week to week rather than day to day with the minor knee sprain

At this point, who knows when Lee will be ready to play in a competitive game?
Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett has already stated that Lee is going to get a limited amount of snaps at his normal SAM linebacker position, which is why he'll see time on special teams in 2019.
Veteran Cowboys LB Sean Lee will be used on special teams in 2019, per Jason Garrett because of limited number of snaps he will get at SAM linebacker

If his role on the team is going to continue to be diminished and he can't stay healthy, how much longer is he going to continue playing football? I mean, if a team is going to pay you, I never have a problem with a player continuing his career. But at what cost to the team and his personal well-being?
