Commanders fire Jack Del Rio as their defensive coordinator
The veteran coach is now out of a job
Some major changes are coming for the Commanders and you had a feeling they were coming after what we saw on Thursday. On Thanksgiving Day, Washington took on the Dallas Cowboys and they were roughed up. In the end, Dallas came away with a 45-10 win.
This came after the Commanders let Tommy DeVito throw for three touchdowns on them. Ron Rivera was not happy and it has led to him firing Jack Del Rio as the Washington defensive coordinator.

You had a feeling this was coming. Del Rio simply wasn't getting the job done and it's feeling like a lost season for the Commanders. Plenty of experts think that Rivera will now call the defensive plays for the team moving forward.
