Beverley will be needed for the Clippers against Miami. Whether the rest of the league realizes it or not, he sets the tone for the L.A. defense and is a leader. It seems like Leonard will be back for tonight, which is a huge offensive boost for the team. Leonard was just named Player of the Week after averaging 38 points per game during that stretch.

Meanwhile, the Heat are the surprise of the NBA. Currently tied for second place in the entire league, Jimmy Butler has led a team that was predicted to finish in the bottom half of the weak Eastern Conference. Now. they're only behind the Bucks out East.

There's really not much to emphasize for the Heat other than to keep playing their game. They're 20-1 at home this season, with Butler, Tyler Herro and Kendrick Nunn all stepping up. Friday night's showdown will be a great one to watch.
