The Cleveland Browns, despite rumors that they were contemplating bringing him back, ultimately made the right decision and relieved Freddie Kitchens of his head coaching duties.

Though the organization's problems run much deeper than head coaching ineptitude alone, the job should remain a potentially enticing one considering the sheer talent of the roster.

Well, with that in mind, the Browns have reportedly taken an interest in three different San Francisco 49ers assistants, starting with passing game coordinator Mike LaFleur, the younger brother of first-year Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur.

LaFleur will interview for the vacancy this weekend, per insider Adam Schefter.

Though nothing is set in stone just yet, San Fran is also reportedly inquiring about 49ers run game coordinator Mike McDaniel and defensive coordinator (and generally hot coaching commodity) Robert Saleh.

It's a bit insane that the Browns would target so many members of the same staff, but it's quite clear that the kind of culture San Francisco has in place is badly needed in The Land.

If anything, Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers should be flattered.
