Free agent running back CJ Anderson was released by the Detroit Lions earlier this season after two unspectacular games. Anderson has been staying in shape in case another team was ready to come calling.

The Seahawks have seen CJ Prosise and Chris Carson go down with season-ending injuries, so they were on the hunt for some RB help. Naturally, Anderson tried out for the 11-4 team.

Well, the Seahawks ended up signing Robert Turbin and Marshawn Lynch instead. Anderson made it pretty dang clear on Twitter he wasn't happy with Seattle's decision.

Anderson definitely believes in his skills and thought he could make an impact in Seattle. A lot of fans out there questioned why Seattle chose to ink Turbin over him. There was simply no discussion with Lynch, though. To bring Beast Mode back was a no-brainer.

But, Turbin over Anderson?

Since 2017, Turbin has 63 rushing yards to his name. Anderson on the other hand has over 1,400, including his 1,000-yard year with the Broncos in '17. It's easy to understand why he's got a beef with the Hawks here.

Nevertheless, despite being 28 years old, Anderson remains out of the NFL and will be watching the postseason from the couch. We'll see if Seattle ends up regretting its decision to leave him off the roster.
