With the NFL's Oct. 29 trade deadline quickly approaching, the question on everyone's mind remains the same: Will Cardinals star defensive back Patrick Peterson be shipped out of Arizona?

While the NFC West squad remains adamant they won't be trading him, that hasn't stopped multiple teams from reaching out to try and land No. 21. This includes the Chiefs and Eagles, per NFL insider Jeremy Fowler.

It goes without saying, but both Philly and Kansas City could use some help at cornerback. The Eagles just parted ways with Orlando Scandrick, but to say things ended on a good note would be a total lie. Nothing but drama has surrounded the CB since he departed.

Peterson has been among the best corners in the league in recent years. In his first game of the season last week, he posted seven tackles, one forced fumble and a sack. Remember, he missed the first six games of the year due to violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy.

The Cards continue to rebuild and aren't competing for a postseason spot this year. Will they end up parting ways with PP? We'll find out by Tuesday if either the Chiefs or Eagles are fortunate enough to haul him in.
