It's pretty clear that everyone across the baseball world hates the Astros these days, and for good reason.

After the conclusion of a 2019 season that saw Houston make the World Series for the second time in three years, allegations started emerging that the whole team had been using intricate technology to steal signs, beginning way back in 2017.

The MLB is currently investigating this potential cheating, and players around the league are letting the Astros have it, including recently-retired CC Sabathia, who may very well have been robbed of two additional rings by the behavior.

When asked how he'd feel about a potentially beefed-up Yankees rotation battling Houston in 2020, CC unleashed the joke he'd likely been sitting on for weeks.

In a new episode of his R2C2 podcast, CC admitted he'd feel confident about his ex-teammate Masahiro Tanaka's postseason chances in the Astros' stadium, as long as Houston wasn't using their alleged garbage can sign-stealing technique.

Sabathia hasn't been the only Yankee referencing the garbage can cheat, either. Outfielder Clint Frazier was also seen poking fun at Houston by hitting a can while playing Call of Duty on stream.

It's nice to see the Yankees players able to laugh at what the Astros probably did, especially since their tactics may have been the main reason they beat New York back in the 2017 postseason.
