Cavaliers Owner Dan Gilbert Hospitalized After Experiencing Stroke-Like Symptoms

Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert was sent to a Detroit hospital after experiencing a possible stroke in what was a scary sequence of events on Sunday.
Thankfully, he's now resting comfortably, with all signs pointing to a full recovery.
Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert was admitted to a Detroit-area hospital this morning after experiencing stroke-like symptoms, a Quicken Loans company spokesman said. “He received immediate medical attention and is currently recovering comfortably,” the statement said.

The Detroit News was the first to report the happenings that occurred Sunday morning.
His family has requested privacy at this time, which is why more details regarding the situation haven't been revealed.
The 57-year-old billionaire is a successful businessman with a lot of ties and investments in Detroit. He does most of his work in his home state of Michigan.

The controversial NBA owner bought the Cavaliers in 2005 and helped the organization win its first championship a few years ago when LeBron James and Co. defeated the Golden State Warriors in one of the best Finals matchups in history.
