Will the veteran midfielder be able to make a big difference?

It goes without saying, but the midfield play for Manchester United has been a major disappointment for the team this season. Injuries have been a nightmare, highlighted by Mason Mount and Casemiro missing extended time.

Luckily, it looks like United is starting to get healthy at the right time. This week, Casemiro was able to return to practice as a full participant and the expectation is that he'll be ready to play in the FA Cup match against Wigan, then in the Premier League showdown vs. Tottenham.

With so many injuries, Scott McTominay has been forced to see extended time on the pitch. While he has scored some key goals for MUFC, he's also looked poor at times in the middle of the field. Getting Casemiro back could prove to be massive for manager Erik Ten Hag.
