Carson Wentz Responds to Criticism From Anonymous Eagles Teammate
By Andy Loughmiller

There was a bit of recent turmoil in Philly, as an anonymous player bashed both Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz after some tough losses where the offense didn't do much of anything.
The former No. 2 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft draft has since responded to the alleged criticism, letting fans know everyone is moving forward.

According to Wentz himself, he and his teammates have buried the hatchet. The team is now focused on their Week 8 matchup vs. the Buffalo Bills.
The anonymous teammate was Wentz's starting wide receiver Alshon Jeffery. While it's a bad look for AJ, it's all water under the bridge.

Are the two players really back on the same page? That question won't be answered until we see them back on the field Sunday. Jeffery only caught two passes in their Week 7 loss to the Cowboys, so all could be forgiven if he and Wentz connect for a couple big plays this week.
Wentz and Jeffery's relationship appears to be in good shape, at least from a distance.

That certainly doesn't look like two guys who are at odds with one another. Perhaps Jeffery was telling the truth when he denied being the anonymous player who questioned Wentz's inability to understand the Eagles' offense, among other things.
They say winning cures all. So, if there is in fact conflict in the Eagles' locker room, a win vs. a 5-1 Bills team would go a long way in squashing the existing beef.
