VIDEO: Carlos Vela Scores in 12th Straight Home Game for LAFC With Beautiful Free Kick Goal

LAFC star Carlos Vela has started the new MLS campaign off with a bang, and already set a league record in the process. In Los Angeles' clash with Philadelphia, Vela banged an equalizer into the back of the net on a picture perfect free kick. The goal was his 12th consecutive game scoring in front of the home crowd in LA.

Vela's strike snuck in right under the cross bar and out of reach of goalkeeper Andre Blake's outstretched arms.
